What is XP?
XP is Green Man Gaming’s loyalty program. It’s our way of rewarding customers who buy from us, and it’s super simple to get involved: buy games, earn XP, and start gaining access to exclusive offers.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which products will give me XP?
Games, DLC, and Season Passes will earn you XP. You won’t earn XP for buying gift cards, however you will earn XP when you make a purchase using a gift card or credit. Pre-orders will grant XP once your purchase is fulfilled.
How much XP will I earn?
You can see the maximum amount of XP you can earn on any eligible product page. Adding any further discounts to your purchase will affect the amount of XP that you will earn. The total amount of XP you will earn will be shown on the Cart page.
How long does my XP Status last?
Forever! Once you’ve reached a new XP tier you’ll stay there until you level up again, meaning you can always enjoy the benefits of XP.
What happens if I refund a game?
If you refund a game, you will lose the XP for that purchase.
How much XP do I need to reach each tier?
Gain access to Bronze XP tier with your first 10 XP earned, unlock Silver XP tier at 500 XP, and Gold XP at 1,000 XP.
What’s the difference between the XP tiers?
Bronze, Silver, and Gold XP tiers will sometimes each receive a different level of discount on select games. Higher tiers also often receive extra bonuses like extra competition entries, beta testing, and vouchers.
What happens when I reach XP Gold?
You will continue to earn XP points when you’ve reached the Gold tier, but this is currently the highest tier available.
How can my friends join the XP Program?
As an XP member, you have the power to grant your friends access too, using our Squad Up feature. Simply grab your unique invitation code, send it to your friend along with the Explainer page link, and within 24 hours your friend will be leveled up to XP Bronze.
I bought a game but haven’t earned XP - why?
XP is added to your account when you receive your key(s) - so pre-orders and payments that are still pending will not earn XP until they are completed.
When will I receive my XP key?
If you have joined XP via Squad Up or an Invite Pack, you might notice an “awaiting key” message. This is a default message on our side but keys are not provided for XP, instead your account will be automatically upgraded between 1- 24 hours.
When are new XP Bonus Packs released?
There are currently no set dates for the XP Bonus Packs to release, and they are not announced in advance. We recommend opting-in to Promotional emails and joining our Discord community to be made aware when the latest XP Bonus Pack is live.
