Reducing C02 by Planting trees
Styx is a crafty little goblin. He’s not much use in a fair fight, but the foul-mouthed assassin is right at home in the shadows. The devious little scamp has an array of nasty tricks with which to lure, stab, distract, and otherwise remove guards from his path to the objective, but he’s still vulnerable in the light.
That is why we have put together a handy little guide for some of Styx’s best skills: what they are, how to use them, and even the odd trick you might not have considered, being a lowly human and all that.
As Styx, you can turn invisible with a cloak for a brief period of time, allowing you to slip by passing patrols unnoticed. To keep using this ability, you need Amber. Once your Amber ticks down, your position is revealed. Persistence lowers the amount of Amber needed for invisibility, thus increasing the duration of your cloak. Combo this with the Feline skill to ensure your footsteps don’t give you away when you drop down from a ledge.
You know how Persistence makes your cloak last longer? With Amber Distiller, you can craft your own Amber vials, keeping your powers topped up even longer. Chug down some Amber in a dark corner, and use invisibility to creep across open spaces. When you’re out of juice, just make some more.
One of the most versatile abilities in the game, Cocoon allows you to launch clones of yourself to far-flung places. Perhaps a place you can’t reach. Perhaps a route that is impassible because of a heavy guard presence. You can then use your clone to create a distraction that allows you to get through, or you can even combo it with the Rebirth skill to switch places with your clone, essentially throwing yourself through the levels.
Styx’s Amber Vision is a super important skill, allowing you to track enemies through walls. As the name suggests, this skill increases its usefulness, allowing you to see an extra 13 meters.
