When you shop with us, we’ll do right by you - we’re always fair to our customers. Every refund request is treated on a case-by-case basis - here are some of the times of when we may be able to help:
Pre-orders
If you pre-ordered a game but have not yet received your key (or had it direct-injected to your account)
If we made a mistake
Robots are awesome but sadly we’re only human! If we’re at fault for you getting the wrong game code then we will fix that up right away.
Special circumstances
We know there are a bunch of reasonable and couldn’t-make-this-up circumstances why you might want to refund your order. We consider every case individually and our Customer Service team is really nice.
